About a year ago, I wrote a post about enrolling in Kent State University’s User Experience Design (UXD) Master’s program. Since I wrote that post, several people have emailed me—as I invited them to do—asking about the program and my experience over the last year.
Even though I only had 12 participants, I learned a lot from my first unmoderated remote usability test.
This week, we set up remote, unmoderated usability tests with Loop11. It was a bit of a train wreck—but probably an excellent primer for conducting quick usability tests in the real world, so to speak.
